John Lind

John Lind is an award-winning creative director/designer/editor who specializes in monographs and art books about cartoonists, illustrators, and their work.

John Lind has worked in publishing for 20 years assembling award-winning books as a producer, art director, designer, and editor. Select clients include Disney Publishing Worldwide, Abrams Books, Simon & Schuster, Chronicle Books, W. W. Norton & Company, and Bloomsbury, and he has worked with influential creators including Mo Willems, Will Eisner, R. Crumb, and Frank Miller. Previously, he was the project development coordinator for the Words & Pictures Museum from 1994 to 1999.

He currently serves as the co-founder and creative director of the Kitchen Sink Books imprint at Dark Horse Comics, where he edits and designs the deluxe-format Curator’s Collection series and the Essential Kurtzman collections, among other projects.
